The Resource Key Products and eBooks Purchase Agreement

This Products and eBooks Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Resource Key, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Resource Key”), and any individual or entity purchasing Resource Key’s products or eBooks (“Client”). By purchasing Resource Key’s products or eBooks online, Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

This Agreement becomes effective on the date the Client purchases the product(s) or eBook(s) (“Effective Date”).

Resource Key agrees to deliver the product(s) or eBook(s) as described on its website or other sales platforms at the time of purchase (the “Products”). The specific features, access, or details of these Products will be outlined in the product description available at the time of purchase.

Client agrees to pay all fees as specified during the checkout process. Payments are due at the time of purchase. Client is responsible for all applicable taxes, if any. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a separate refund or exchange policy provided by Resource Key.

All eBooks, digital products, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Resource Key. By purchasing, Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased material for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale without prior written consent from Resource Key is strictly prohibited.

Resource Key’s liability for any claims related to this Agreement or the Products is limited to the total amount paid by Client for the purchase. Resource Key is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Products.

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will only be issued if a purchased Product is found to be defective or not as described. Any requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

If the Product includes access to exclusive or sensitive content (e.g., membership-only eBooks or resources), Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such content and not distribute or disclose it without Resource Key’s permission.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arlington County, Virginia.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or communications related to the Products. Any modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By purchasing Resource Key’s Products or eBooks, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

AgrAbility is a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) funded program that provides support, education, and assistance to ranchers and farmers with disabilities. AgrAbility was started through the 1990 Farm bill, the first eight State/Regional AgrAbility Projects (SRAPs) were funded in 1991. During that time, “the National AgrAbility Project (NAP) was led by Purdue University’s Breaking New Ground Resource Center in partnership with Easter Seals (national office).”

In the article “Grutman said the goal is to make “aspiration accessible,” and Birnbaum said the hotel will be “affordable luxury.” We looked on The Goodtime Hotel website and they specifically state all of the ways in which their hotel is accessible. We love that inclusion and accessibility were thought of from the start.

The Project Why is what comes to mind when starting, agreeing or pursuing any project.  Sometimes the “Why” is just as important as the project itself. Why did you agree to this project?  This question is important because when committing to a project we want to be able to finish what we started, and asking the “Why” questions allows a deeper understanding of the connection to the project, and commitment to the project.

Who are we designing for? What are we considering when we are designing? So many more questions that come to mind when designing and more importantly inclusive and accessible design.  Honestly, we wouldn’t have to say “inclusive and accessible design” if inclusion and accessibility was a part of our design process from the start. The design process is constantly changing, evolving, open to change.  Nothing about design feels static or not changing.
